Ethical Failures and the Impact on Medical Mistrust

About This Course

Join the presenter as she shares actual historical medical ethics failures and their impact on medical mistrust in one population.  Participants will be impacted by the examples provided and will more fully understand the hesitance in believing all that is being reported regarding the COVID pandemic.  This includes vaccination participation, the application of nonscience-based home remedies, and the resistance to accessing healthcare.  An appreciation for a greater knowledge of the needs of the diverse communities in which healthcare workers serve will be understood.

Successful completion of this course requires a score of 70% on the post-test.
