About This Course
This presentation will help respiratory therapists identify behaviors that contribute to prosecution of medical personnel, understand how professional standards are applied in criminal prosecutions, articulate the difference between negligence and gross negligence, and understand what role the lawyer plays in a criminal prosecution.
Successful completion of this course requires a score of 70% on the post-test.
