Geared toward RT students and recent graduates (within three years of graduation), the NextGen RT Network offers a professional, private community exclusively for these members. In this community, students and recent graduates can engage with each other, network, ask questions, find job announcements, resources, and the latest webinars and news just for this group. If interested in joining this community, please complete our community request form.
Students and Recent Graduates Take Lead
One of the most significant benefits of this community is that students and recent graduates help take the lead on planning and content creation.

In my first year with the AARC, I attended two conferences that deepened my passion for Respiratory Care,” said Corinne Peters, Student at St. Philips College and NextGen RT Network LEADER. “The enthusiasm for the profession was inspiring, and I appreciate the AARC’s commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment. I’m grateful to be part of the NextGen RT Network, where I look forward to helping students and graduates share their experiences and challenges, fostering a sense of connection and community.”
AARC strives to bring relevant and meaningful resources for members, and the NextGen RT Network Leaders group helps make that possible for all students and recent graduates.
If you are a program director or know an RT student or recent graduate (1-3 years after graduation), be sure to encourage them to join the NextGen RT Network, and submit their interest through this form
