Jennifer Watts, MSC, RRT, RRT-NPS, FAARC
Section Chair Jennifer Watts, MSC, RRT, RRT-NPS, FAARC, has been a respiratory therapist for 29 years in which 20 of those years have been working in neonatal-pediatric transport. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from National-Lewis University and a master’s degree in Respiratory Leadership from Northeastern University.
Jenn holds specialty credentialing from both the NBR and NCC, neonatal-pediatric specialist (RRT-NPS) and certified neonatal-pediatric transport specialist (C-NPT), respectively. Jenn presents frequently on neonatal, pediatric and transport topics at both the state and national level. She was the recipient of the AARC Transport Section SPOTY in 2014.
Jenn currently works at Advocate Children’s Hospital in the role of Respiratory Clinical Education Specialist for the Advocate Children’s Transport Program in Chicagoland. In her personal life/free time, she holds a third-degree black belt in taekwondo, plays softball, bicycles, dabbles in the cooking and loves snow sports. She and her wife have two adorable mini-goldendoodles keeping them on their toes.
