Ensuring patient-ventilator synchrony is a vital component of the respiratory therapist’s role in critical care. This presentation will focus on providing the respiratory therapist with the tools to identify various types of asynchrony using ventilator graphics and recommend appropriate interventions to improve the patient’s condition.
