About This Course

The SARS-COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented changes and challenges to the health care system. Burnout, retiring Baby Boomers, falling college enrollments, and “The Great Resignation” have created a national shortage of RT’s never before seen before. Come listen to a panel of respiratory therapy leaders about how we got here, what are we doing to deal with staffing shortages, and what we can do to ensure we have enough staff in the future to safely care for our patients.

Successful completion of this course requires a score of 70% on the post-test.
