About This Course

Clinical Practices Guidelines (CPGs) that are rigorously developed can inform respiratory care practice for improved patient outcomes. In this short presentation, the process of developing CPGs will be discussed. Included is a discussion of how respiratory care evidenced-based guidelines informs practice, assists in protocol development, and what is best practice.

Successful completion of this course requires a score of 70% on the post-test.
