ALI: Management Track: Ch. 2 – Establishing Value for the Respiratory Care Department

About This Course

This course will inform the learner on how to assess department performance and identify gaps to improve processes. This course will explain the impact of non-revenue generating activities and also describe the proforma process for planning and decision-making. This course will teach the learner how to develop CAR statements to aid in the communication of value to executive leaders.
