About Delegate Orientation

Through these Delegate Orientation resources, you will learn more about the AARC House of Delegates (HOD) and how it operates in and out of meetings. If you are a new Delegate, or if you have missed the previous two meetings, you are required to view the Orientation Video within 30 days of receiving your “Welcome to the House” email (see below for the video). Following viewing the video, follow the Delegate To-Dos and complete the Online Delegate Checklist form to confirm you have reviewed and signed all Orientation items.

Access the AARConnect House of Delegates and HOD_PRES communities. Ensure your notifications are set to your preference in your AARConnect profile. These communities are our primary communications channels for House and Affiliate news. Email HODOrientationCommittee@aarc.org for assistance.
