Submit or Manage a CRCE Application

To access the Main Applications page go to Submit and manage CRCE applications and log in with your AARC Username and Password.

 IMPORTANT To submit an application or add repeat dates to an approved application, your record must be connected to your organization as an administrator.  If your organization is not listed in the drop down box for Sponsor or for any questions regarding the accreditation process, please contact Reagan Hickey, AARC Director of CRCE Accreditation, at crce@aarc.org.  Please provide your name, organization, and organization address along with any other questions you may have.

Notice of Accreditation Fee Changes Effective March 1, 2025

The AARC is proud to have you as a partner in producing resources that achieve our shared mission of educating respiratory care professionals. You are a vital part of what we do. In an effort to keep up with the increasing demands and processing, auditing, maintaining, and reporting attendance records, accreditation application fees will be increasing for all organizations submitting applications beginning on March 1, 2025.

Please see below for additional details on fees. We appreciate your partnership and all you do for the respiratory care profession.

CRCE Application Fees and Payment Information

Application submission payments are non-refundable fees once an application has been reviewed. See the fee schedule below as of March 1, 2025:

Traditional (Provider Directed):

  • Application fee (includes first date offered):
    For Profit: $400
    Not For Profit: $100
  • Subsequent program (repeat) dates: 
    For Profit: $75
    Not For Profit: $45
    State Affiliate: $35

Non-traditional (Learner-Directed):

  • Application fee:
    For Profit: $450
    Not-For-Profit: $105

Late fee- applications received less than 31 days prior to the course delivery date:
For Profit: $75
Not-For Profit: $50
AARC State Affiliate: $50

Late fee- applications received 15 days or Less prior to the course delivery date:
For Profit: $100
Not-For-Profit: $60
AARC State Affiliate: $60

*Organizations which qualify for Not-for-Profit fees are those that hold a federal Not-for-Profit tax status.  The organizations’s federal tax id number should entered in the space provided in the application.

Please note:  Applications will not be reviewed until all application and late fees have been received by the AARC.

Payment for application fees, can be made by major credit cards, check or money order. Be sure to follow the payment instructions to avoid delays in processing.

Important Information Regarding Attendance/Completion Reporting

Sponsors of accredited courses should submit all attendance/completion data to crcereports@aarc.org. For Traditional courses, please use the formatted Excel-based attendance form that was provided to you after the course was approved within 30 days following the completion of the course. If you do not have this form please contact the AARC at crce@aarc.org. No custom forms will be accepted. For Non-traditional courses, you may use the completion reporting form provided after approval, or you may use a spreadsheet with the exact same fields as our form. Completion data of Non-traditional courses should be sent at least every 60 days, but every 30 days is preferred.  For questions please contact us at crce@aarc.org or (972) 406-4662.
