Respiratory Therapists as Partners in Prevention and Management of Pediatric ICU Delirium

About This Course

Children who have been admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit can experience delirium from a variety of factors. This presentation will discuss how to identify delirium in this population, how delirium differs between children and adults, and how the respiratory therapist can prevent or minimize the effects of delirium.

Successful completion of this course requires a score of 70% on the post-test.
