Location
The exhibit area will be in the foyer areas around Snowbird, adjacent to the educational sessions and registration area. An exhibitor list and floorplan will be provided this Spring.
Schedule
Exhibits will be open Sunday, July 14 and Monday, July 15. Attendees will be encouraged to visit the exhibits during the scheduled breaks.

Booth Information
All booths must be staffed during the dedicated Exhibitor break times. We encourage exhibitors to be at their tables during the lunch/afternoon breaks to increase your visibility to attendees. Teardown begins after the last dedicated break on Monday afternoon. Early teardown is not allowed so exhibitors are encouraged to book their return travel accordingly.
Booths include:
- One (1) power drop (5 amp)
- One (1) lead retrieval license
- One (1) draped table
- Two (2) chairs
- One (1) easel (upon request)
- One (1) small wastebasket
- Two exhibitor badges ($450 each/value) that provide access to Summer Forum education. AARC members are eligible to receive CRCE.
