• Standard guest room: $194 single/double occupancy plus 12.32% tax.
• Rate shown is per room per night for single–quad occupancy.
• Discounted rates are only available using the AARC Summer Forum 2024 housing link or by calling (800) 453-3000.

Nightly rate includes:

• Complimentary basic internet in guest rooms and lobby.
• Complimentary self-parking charges.
• 50% of Cliff Spa access & 20% off treatments of 50-minutes or more. Reservations required. To receive discount, alert the Spa receptionist you are an AARC attendee when you check in.
• 15% discount on Snowbird’s All Day Activity Pass.
• Complimentary access to the 24-hour fitness center.
• In-room coffee at the Cliff Lodge.
• Complimentary 15-minutes computer access in the business center.

Cancellations

The individual reservation lodging deposit is fully refundable up to three (3) days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled within three (3) days prior to the arrival date will be charged one (1) night’s lodging, tax, and fees. After check-in, reservations are fully non-refundable. No-shows, delayed arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations.
