1Student AARC Membership is required to receive this rate. Student Master Class registration may be cancelled before Nov. 12 for a full refund. After Nov. 12, all fees are non-refundable. All other registrations are subject to the cancellation fee.

A: Yes. Your check payment must be received in our offices no later than Nov. 6, 2026. If your payment is mailed close to or after this date, we strongly recommend using an express or trackable delivery service to avoid delays associated with United States Postal Service First-Class Mail.

A: If you arrive onsite and your check has not yet been received, you may pay by credit card at registration. Once the original check is received, a refund may be issued to the credit card used for the onsite payment after the meeting.

A: Yes. Company checks are accepted onsite; however, credit card payments are preferred. Personal checks are not accepted on site.

A: Once your check is applied to your account, you will receive a registration confirmation email that includes a QR code for badge pickup onsite.

A: A registration confirmation email is sent to the main registrant once payment is processed. A reminder email with badge details will be sent approximately one week prior to the event.
