Overflow Hotel Reservations

The AARC block of sleeping rooms at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country is now full. Sleeping rooms are available Sunday, July 15 through Saturday, July 21 at our overflow hotel, the Courtyard San Antonio North/Stone Oak at Legacy, 1803 E. Sonterra Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78259; phone (210) 545-3100. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the JW Marriott.

The AARC will provide complimentary shuttle service Monday, July 16 through Thursday, July 19 for the pre-courses and Summer Forum. On Monday, the shuttle will make one outbound trip from the Courtyard North/Stone Oak at Legacy to the JW Marriott before the NBRC pre-course, one outbound trip prior to the AARC pre-course, one return trip after the AARC pre-course, one outbound trip prior to the AARC Block Party and one return trip after the Party. On Tuesday–Thursday, the shuttle will make one outbound trip to the JW Marriott in the morning before the lectures start and one return trip to the Courtyard after the sessions are over for the day. Taxi, Uber, lyft and rental cars are options if you need transportation between the hotels other than these times. You will be responsible for those costs.

• Rate shown is per room per night for single through quad occupancy. Deposit required.
• $187 + 16.75% tax = $218.32/night.
