Day 1 kicks off with the State of the Profession and Agency Update and continues with two special sessions for the Jimmy Young Memorial Lecture discussing the Credential Maintenance Program and the Dr H Fred Helmholz Education Lecture Series that will explore how to help all learners achieve excellence. The day will close with a Zoom Wrap-Up Chat with Colleagues.
Day 2 sessions include Collaboration with Universities to Drive Innovation and Better Bedside Outcomes; Motivation, Burnout, and Resiliency: Online Students During a Pandemic; Respiratory Care Research with Limited Resources; Donna’s Dilemma – A Program Partnership for Academic Success. Day 2 will also include a two-part Pandemic Planning Symposium. The day will close with a Zoom Wrap-Up Chat with Colleagues.
Day 3 sessions include Establishing a System to Ensure Safe, Effective Staffing for Your Department; The Medical Director: Pivotal and Essential to the Success of the RC Program; Leadership, Collaboration, and Change for the Respiratory Therapist; The LARS Project: Collaboration, Transformation, and Growth in Leadership; and Effective Recruiting Practices for Respiratory Care Departments. Day 3 will also include a three-part CoARC Symposium. The day will close with a Zoom Wrap-Up Chat with Colleagues.
Day 4 sessions include I Don’t Know What to do for This Assignment — TILT to Improve Learner Success; Respiratory Care Productivity … It Just Doesn’t Have to Be So Hard!; Incorporating Mindful Practice in Respiratory Care Education; and Integrations of Care Coordination to Improve Patient Outcomes. Day 4 also brings Summer Forum LIVE! to an end with the Closing Ceremony.
