Congress Registration Fees

Payment of appropriate 4-Day fee entitles registrant to attend all Congress 2018 official lectures, activities and social events Dec. 4–7. Expenses for hotel, parking, meals and all other incidentals are not included and are the responsibility of the attendee.

**You may become an AARC Member prior to registering. If you opt to pay the non-member Congress 4-Day fee, you are entitled to a complimentary 12-month AARC membership. Memberships included in the non-member rate will be activated within 30 days after Congress 2018.
***Non-member students must provide proof of current enrollment (e.g. student I.D. or transcript). Students do not earn CRCE credits.

Reserved Seating: The first two rows of each breakout meeting room will be reserved for VIP seating to ensure you’ve got up close, premium access to the speakers and content most important to you.
VIP Lounge Access: The VIP Lounge is a private lounge and is restricted to only those attendees with authorized access. Here, you will receive an enhanced, private registration experience and avoid long lines. The VIP Lounge comes equipped with computer access, charging stations, complimentary refreshments and comfortable furniture to network and relax. The VIP Lounge will be open during normal convention hours Dec. 3–7.
Congress 2019 Early Access Housing: You will receive early notification for Housing Access next year in New Orleans before other meeting attendees. Early access increases the likelihood you’ll secure a room reservation in the AARC Headquarters’ Hotel.
Presidents Reception: Incoming AARC President Karen Schell invites you to attend a reception celebrating the close of the Convention (Dec. 7). Heavy hors d’œuvres will be served. Open bar.
Early Access to Industry-sponsored Educational Symposia: You will be notified before regular attendees of in-demand educational symposia offered by industry. These symposia have limited seating, are educational in nature (most of which include a complimentary breakfast, lunch or dinner). Register early to guarantee your seating.
Extra Drink Tickets for Welcome Party & Sputum Bowl Reception: Receive one additional drink ticket for each event.
Entitled to one extra ticket for the AARC Booth Prize Drawing (Dec. 6).

Active Duty Military

We have a special offer for all health care professionals, not just respiratory therapists, on active duty in all branches of the US armed forces, as well as military reservists recalled to active duty. The AARC Congress 2018 and Pre-course registration fees are being waived to thank you for your service.

A valid military email address is required. If you are not currently a member of the AARC, you will also be given a complimentary one-year Digital Membership as part of your registration.

Congress Pre-Courses

  • All pre-courses will be held on Monday, Dec. 3, 2018.
  • Registration for multiple pre-courses is only permitted for courses which do not run concurrently.
  • You must attend the entire course to receive CRCE credit; no partial credit will be given.
  • Students do not receive CRCE credit.
  • Course capacities are limited.
  • Pre-registration is required. Deadline: Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, or when the course is full.
