Exhibitor Information

AARC is excited to host a live and in-person exhibit experience during Summer Forum!


Exhibits are located in Rooms A–C, the South Foyer, and Springs Ballroom Foyer.

Exhibits will be open Tuesday, July 26 and Wednesday, July 27. Attendees will be encouraged to visit the exhibits during the scheduled breaks.

Dedicated exhibitor breaks are scheduled for:

  • Tuesday, July 26 — 10:15 a.m.–11:15 a.m.
  • Wednesday, July 27 — 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.

Lunch/afternoon breaks are scheduled for:

  • Tuesday, July 26 — 12:40 p.m.–2:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 27 — 12:30 p.m.–2:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 27 — 2:45 p.m.–3:15 p.m.

Booth Information

All booths must be staffed during the dedicated Exhibitor break times. We encourage exhibitors to be at their tables during the lunch/afternoon breaks to increase your visibility to attendees.

Booths include:

  • One (1) 6' x 30" Draped Table
  • Two (2) Chairs
  • One (1) Easel
  • One (1) Small Wastebasket
  • Two Exhibitor Badges ($450 Each/Value) that give you access to Summer Forum sessions
