Congress 2021 LIVE! sessions will be available on demand. All attendees who paid for Full Bundle or Single Day registration will have On-Demand Access aligned with their purchase. If you did not attend Congress 2021 LIVE!, you can still purchase the On-Demand Access to the event. CRCE is not available for On-Demand Access.

A written cancellation and refund request is required via e-mail. Emails must be dated no later than at 11:59 p.m. on the following dates.

No refund requests will be accepted after these dates. Refunds will be processed after the meeting. Send request to aarc@xpressreg.net. Unless cancellation protection is purchased, refunds will be issued minus the following administrative fees.
