The AARC House of Delegates Represents the chartered affiliates (i.e., state societies) and has their own governance structure and policy manual. The Board of Directors consults the House leadership regarding actions related to the chartered affiliates.
The House is made up of representatives known as Delegates from each of the 50 chartered affiliates. They make recommendations (i.e., resolutions) to the Board and are a connection and voice for the affiliates and their respective members.
Delegates are elected by their respective affiliates. If you are interested in joining the House of Delegates, reach out to your State Society Leadership for volunteer opportunities.
