The Respiratory Therapy Program at FranU invites applications for a 12 month Director of Clinical Education. DCE’s are responsible for leveraging their expertise to develop, maintain and deliver educational services to students through clinical scheduling, clinical assessments, teaching students, create and maintain accreditation reports and other duties consistent with the role of a Director of Clinical Education.
Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is seeking and face-to-face adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate respiratory therapy courses for upcoming semesters.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) credential
Current state license
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least two (2) years in clinical respiratory care;
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching either as an appointed faculty member in a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program or as a clinical instructor/ preceptor for students of such programs
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Respiratory Care or a related field.
Three years or more of full-time teaching experience.
Adult critical care experience within the last three years.
