Marshfield Medical Center – Weston offers a wide range of advanced care services to individuals in Central Wisconsin including primary care, urgent care, lab services, radiology, pharmacy, family care, cancer care, pediatrics, and more.
The Respiratory Therapist supports the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) in delivering inpatient and outpatient respiratory therapy services to patients from neonatal to geriatric, under the direction of physicians and administration. In this role, the individual is accountable to deliver established goals, utilizes good judgment to assess and escalate situations when warranted and utilizes knowledge and skills in the area of expertise while maintaining expected quality standards. The individual must act as a healthcare leader by building constructive relationships and by supporting department leadership in developing, setting and executing department goals and the strategic plan in accordance with Marshfield Clinic Health System’s mission statement.
