AARC is excited to announce the newest member of our team. Jessica Hoefling, PMP, LSSGB, joins us as the new Senior Director of Business Development.
Most recently, Jessica was the Sr. Director of Corporate Relations and Strategic Partnerships at the Texas Hospital Association (THA) in Austin, TX. At THA, Jessica was responsible for sales strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, and non-dues revenue generation.
Not only does Jessica bring her expertise to the table, but she also has a special connection to respiratory therapists.
“AARC is a special organization to me because my Dad has been an RT for the past 40 years,” Hoefling said. “After being born premature, the first 16 years of my life were spent with RTs who changed my quality of life.”
Jessica’s experience in association work and first-hand knowledge of the life of a respiratory therapist will help her succeed in her role.
“We are so excited for Jessica to bring her experience and drive to the AARC” said Ellen Worsham, VP Marketing and Communications. “She has the ability to take our industry and strategic partnerships to the next level.”
Jessica received her bachelor’s degree from California State University. In her free time, you can find her spending time outdoors and hanging out with her two dogs.
