E-mails to State Society Members
The AARC does not provide state societies with the e-mail addresses of members in their state. We will, however, e-mail a message on your behalf to these members.
Please follow these guidelines:
- We cannot send e-mails with numerous graphics built in to the body of the message. We can send an attachment, but it must be of a normal size, such as a PDF or .doc attachment.
- If you have a large message, consider sending a plain text message with a link back to your website.
- Please send us the exact wording of the e-mail message you want to send. We cannot author or proofread your messages.
- The request to e-mail must come from the president of the state society only.
- Please note that it may take up to five business days, depending upon other scheduled e-mailings.
- Send your request and message to Beth Binkley (binkley@aarc.org) and Sherry Milligan (milligan@aarc.org) simultaneously.
