Richard M. Ford, BS, RRT, FAARC
Member of the AARC since 1975 and earning his RRT credential in 1978. Rick has been at the University of California Medical Center since 1989 and is currently the Administrative Director for Respiratory Services. While Rick has been active in numerous AARC projects and presentations over the years, he currently not only serves as the Management Section Chair, but is on the AARC Board of Directors, A Member of the Protocol Committee, Is Chair of the Benchmarking Committee, and a co-author of the 2004 AARC Uniform Reporting Manual. Ricks areas of expertise are Benchmarking, Productivity Management, Information Systems, Leadership Development, and Workplace Excellence and Performance Improvement.
