About the Chair
Keith Lamb, RRT
Keith D. Lamb, RRT is an RT II, and clinician with the Department of Respiratory Care, Christiana Care Health System, Newark, Delaware. He spent twelve years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps before joining CCHS in 1999.
As an RT II with the surgical team at CCHS, Keith, in addition to his regular clinical duties, is responsible for participating in the mentorship and education of new staff therapists, nurses, resident physicians, and critical care fellows. He has lectured on numerous topics, written several articles published internationally, and is actively involved in numerous critical care research projects.
Keith has been honored in the past by being named the adult acute care practitioner of the year by the AARC, trauma practitioner of the year by the trauma department, Christiana Care Health system, and as distinguished alumnus by his alma mater.
Keith has been a member of the AARC since 1997 and is a current member of the Delaware Society for Respiratory Care, the American Association for Respiratory Care, the Delaware Reserve Medical Corps and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. He is a member of numerous committees, including the Multidisciplinary Adult Critical Care Knowledge Assessment Committee, of the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
