RESPIRATORY CARE: New Website Features
Did you know that you can now easily download article citations from the Journal to management formats like EndNote, Reference Manager, Bookends, Papers, and many others? With our new and improved website, it’s easy! Also check out a summary of this month’s issue by reading the Editor’s Commentary or listening to the podcast. And remember, the new site is open access in December …you don’t need to enter your user name and password to access the Journal contents.

New Procedure Videos Released
The AARC has just released the first videos in the new Orientation and Competency Review for Respiratory Care video series. These videos present concise, clear demonstrations of the proper way to execute many respiratory care procedures. Each CD also contains a corresponding competency evaluation form in Microsoft® Excel® and a PDF of any relevant Clinical Practice Guidelines or Expert Panel Guidelines. The CDs will provide support both to managers for clinical performance evaluations, and to educators for visual learning devices. Available at an introductory sale price of $79.00. It is also a great companion product to the Orientation and Competency Assurance Documentation Manual for Respiratory Care.
