From
Missionaries to Medical Mission and Back
Back in the 1970s AARC member John Tucker traveled to Zaire
on a medical mission. Remarkable enough in itself, but even more remarkable
when you consider his family's history in that troubled nation, where
his father met an untimely death in the 1960s. Now Tucker has brought
the episode full circle with the placement of a new headstone on his mother's
grave. Click on the link to read about his amazing journey and the impact
it's had on his life.
Teeter
Totter Event Raises Funds for Asthma Camp
AARC members in Asheville, NC, teeter-tottered their way
to success during last year's National Respiratory Care Week, with a marathon
event that helped raise more than $8,000 to send kids to asthma camp.
