Here’s how this simple program works:
Before you commit to a realtor, contact our Coldwell Banker Real Estate Advantage Program (REAP) representative Shelley Rogers at 847-655-4082, 800-323-9565, or shelley.rogers@nrtinc.com. You will be contacted by a counselor within 24 hours. Your counselor will refer you to a real estate agent in your area—from ANY real estate firm you choose—who will then help you find a new home, sell your old one, or both. Buy or sell using the referred real estate agent, and you’ll earn a cash rebate, to be paid within 30 days of closing. Buy AND sell with referred agents and you’ll earn TWO rebates, based on the purchasing price of your new home and selling price of your existing home.What you can earn with the Real Estate Advantage Program:

Don’t forget to contact Shelley before you talk to a realtor. There’s no fee required & you can earn cash back equal to at least 3 years worth of regular membership dues or more with one real estate deal—just by using this program!
