AARC Fellowship Nomination Form

Any AARC member can nominate an individual for consideration as an AARC Fellow.

You will submit your nomination to a review committee at the AARC for consideration. The committee will communicate with you if more documentation is needed.

Self-nomination is not permitted for the AARC Fellow award.

Because supporting documentation is required, this form must be printed and mailed to the AARC.
