AARC Fellowship Nomination Form

Nominations for future AARC Fellows will be accepted only from current AARC Fellows in good standing.

You will submit your nomination to a review committee at the AARC for consideration. The committee will communicate with you if more documentation is needed.

Because supporting documentation is required, this form must be printed and mailed to the AARC.
