How to View a Live Webcast

Go to the AARC Webcast site. If you havn’t run the Setup Wizard lately you should do so to make sure your computer is configured properly. Click on the “run the Setup Wizard” link and a second window for the Wizard will open:

Click start and proceed through the Wizard:

When the Setup Wizard has finished, the second window will close. Click on the orange “Paricipant Login” button in the original window:

Enter aarclive in the Room ID field and your first name and last initial in the Name field (e.g. JohnD), then click on the orange Enter button:

Click on the title of the live webcast you want to view:

A screen similar to the one below (dependent upon your webcast title) will appear:

You are now ready to participate in the webcast which will begin promptly at scheduled time.
