How to Retrieve a Document

These instructions will help you retrieve a document you have just purchased from the AARC online store.

Sign back in to the AARC store by clicking on the store entry point:

Please login by clicking on the “login” link:

AARC Members
If you are an AARC member and have purchased the document under your member number account, use your member number and password (which is probably your member number plus your first and last initials) to log in.

Non-AARC members
Use the login and password you’ve just created to re-enter and retrieve your document. If you don’t remember what that is, you can call our customer service department at (972) 243-2272 and they can provide you with a new password.

Once you have logged in, return to the store area by clicking Shop Online:

Your documents are available under the “My Documents for Download” link on the left side of the page:

Now just click on the link of the article you’ve purchased.
