How to View an Archive Webcast

Click on the Webcast Central icon on the right side of the AARC home page:

Choose the webcast you would like to view from the list of archived programs. You will have to enter your AARC member number to procede:

If you havn’t run the Setup Wizard lately you should do so to make sure your computer is configured properly. Click on the “Wizard” link and a second window for the Wizard will open:

Click start and proceed through the Wizard:

When the Setup Wizard has finished, the second window will close. Click on the “HorizonWimba.com” link in the original window:

Click on the orange “Participant Login” button.

Enter aarclive in the Room ID field and your first name and last initial in the Name field (e.g. JohnD), then click on the orange Enter button: Click on the title of the live webcast you want to view:

A screen similar to the one below (dependent upon your webcast title) will appear and your webcast will begin:
