AARC Members Can Earn Continuing Education Credits (CRCE) Free of Charge!
May 11, 2006 A special AARC member benefit recently arrived in your mailbox! A booklet entitled Use of Inhaled Nitric Oxide in the Hypoxic Newborn was mailed directly to you offering these great advantages:
The booklet resulted from a special symposium held at the AARC’s 51st International Respiratory Congress in San Antonio last December. The presentation of the symposium and production and mailing of the booklet were enabled by an unrestricted educational grant from INO Therapeutics (now IKARIA). This is a unique opportunity for you to review and learn about the importance of using inhaled nitric oxide (INO) in your practice. In the words of Dean Hess, PhD, RRT, FAARC, who chaired the symposium, “The speakers at the symposium, who also wrote the materials in the monograph, have considerable experience with the use of INO and they were instructed to specifically address the use of INO as relates to the approved use of the drug. It is our hope that the monograph will provide valuable practical information for respiratory therapists providing INO.” Approved for 4.0 contact hours of continuing education credit (CRCE)—free of charge to all AARC members— this is a unique opportunity for you to stay ahead of the curve in this ever-changing health care environment. Make sure you take advantage of another AARC membership benefit! Full details about obtaining your CRCE credits are included on page 36 of the booklet. As you read the instructions on page 36, you will be asked to proceed to this page that provides you with information on obtaining your credits. |
