AOL Features Respiratory Therapist as Top Job, While CNN Educates on Asthma

AOL is today featuring a list of ten rewarding jobs and lists “respiratory therapist” as one in their list that pays $20 per hour or more.

In addition to featuring the profession, they have a picture of a therapist working with a child as the front-page promotional photo for the story. The feature is a collaboration with their online job partner, CareerBuilder.com.

“It’s great publicity being on the front page of one of the busiest web sites in the world,” said Sherry Milligan, Associate Executive Director in charge of communications.

And while people over on AOL are reading about respiratory therapists, CNN is today featuring asthma over on their health minute.

"Hopefully, careful news readers will come full circle today, reading about asthma and thinking about a career that helps those folks," said Milligan.
