Senate Vote Imminent on Tobacco Control Act

In the next day or two, the U.S. Senate will be voting on the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. This legislation will finally give the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authority to regulate tobacco products. The legislation has already been passed by the U.S. House of Representatives—now it’s up to the Senate to pass it. Your Senators need to hear from you about how important it is that they vote for this legislation.
