What’s Going on at the AARC Offices This Week?

October 23, 2008

We’re celebrating too! The 38 staff members in the Irving headquarters of the AARC have been marking the days of Respiratory Care Week with a variety of activities.

Bagels, pizza, and demonstrations are all occurring this week, with the respiratory therapists in the office giving the rest of the staff a look at what RTs do. On Tuesday, many of the staff took spirometry tests and learned a little bit more about their lung function. On Friday, local respiratory therapist David Gibson will be on hand to demonstrate CPR.

AARC staff were encouraged to wear their favorite AARC logo shirt one day.

Accounting staff member Dian Whitaker gets her first spirometry test ever from Steve Nelson, RRT, who heads the ARCF and IT operations.

On Thursday, the staff had a trivia contest. See how well you do with these questions.
