What software do I need?
To watch a live webcast and the most recent archives, you will need to have Java version 1.5 or 1.6. See the Elluminate support page to determine which version of Java you have.
Older webcasts require the free Adobe Flash Player.

How fast should my Internet connection be?
Webcasts are optimized for all connection speeds including 28.8k modems.

When will the archive be available?
Archives are usually posted within 24 hours of the original live event.
