What software do I need?
To watch a live webcast on a PC you will need to have Java version 1.5 or 1.6. See the Blackboard Collaborate support page to determine which version of Java you have. To view a live webcast on an iOS device you will need the free Blackboard Collaborate app.
Archived webcasts require the free Adobe Flash Player.

What mobile devices can I use?
Webcasts are compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch running iOS version 4.3 or later.

How fast should my Internet connection be?
Webcasts are optimized for all connection speeds including 28.8k modems.

When will the archive be available?
Archives are usually posted within 1 week of the original live event.
