Meetings Site
All AARC Summer Meetings will be held at the beautiful all-suites Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, 11111 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020; phone 602-866-7500.

Hotel Reservations
Room Rate: $90 plus 12.27% tax for single/double occupancy. Children 18 years old and under stay free in the room with parents. Deposit required. Call the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort Central Reservations at 800-876-4683 or the hotel’s in-house reservations at 602-866-7500 and refer to the “Summer Forum Meetings.” Or go online and use “SMF” in the group/convention code box. Cut-off date for the AARC’s special sleeping room rate is Thursday, June 19, 2008.

Discounted Airfares
Course attendees are eligible for a discount of 5% off the lowest applicable fare. Reservations can be made online at www.aa.com by entering A3678AN in the Promotion Code box. There is no booking fee on-line. You can also call, or have your travel agent call, American Airlines Meeting Services at 800-433-1790 between 6:00 am and 12:00 midnight Central Time, daily ($15 booking fee). Refer to Authorization #A3678AN. Reservations for the hearing and speech impaired are also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 800-543-1586. Receive the discount and earn AAdvantage® miles for your trip at the same time.

Ground Transportation
Car Rental—Budget Rent A Car is offering attendees discounted meeting rates. Reservations can be booked online at www.budget.com or by calling 1-800-772-3773. Reference the Convention Discount #U064639. You will receive the AARC meeting discount rate or the lowest Budget retail rate, whichever is lower.

Airport Transportation—Shuttle and town car service is available between the Sky Harbor International Airport and the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs.

The Super Shuttle fare is $15 per person one way.   Advance reservations can be made online at www.supershuttle.com or by calling 800-258-3826.   

The TranStyle Transportation Service town car fare is a flat rate of $40 plus gratuity one-way for curbside pick-up. Call 800-410-5479 for reservations. Confirm the $40 rate before hanging up.
