Hilton and Anabella hotels — Wednesday, November 12, 2008.
Marriott — Wednesday, November 19, 2008.
After these dates, AARC room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates.

Phone Reservations

- Hilton Worldwide Reservations: 800-222-9923. Give the agent the name of the meeting, AARC Resp Congress, and the Call In Group Code, AAR, in order to receive the convention discount.

Guarantee
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card. Credit cards must be valid through December 2008. Cards accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club.
Special Requests
All Marriotts are non-smoking facilities.
Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, the hotels will do their best to honor all requests. The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
Acknowledgements
- Internet reservations: Print the confirmation page at the end of the reservation process.
- Phone reservations: You will receive a confirmation number from the agent and can request an e-mailed confirmation.
- You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to date of arrival, or failure to register at the hotel on your confirmed arrival date, will result in your credit card being assessed one night room and tax by the hotel.
