Congress - Registration Policies

All members in good standing qualify for member rates.
American Express, MasterCard, and VISA are the only credit cards accepted.
Spouses may register on-site only. Any logical proof indicating that the person is a member’s spouse will be accepted.
A receipt of your registration will be mailed to you prior to your departure for Las Vegas. Present this receipt on-site to receive your name badge and your registration packet.

Registration Policies

Registration fees are listed above.Only members who have either paid the current year’s dues or whose applications are in process will be admitted at the member rate.
Members registering on-site will be required to present their current membership card. Any person who does not present a current membership card will have to register at the nonmember rate.
All students will be required to pay a registration fee. AARC members with student status can register at the student rate. Students who are not members of the AARC are required to pay the nonmember rate.
An active member is not permitted to register as an exhibitor or to assist in a booth unless he/she is an employee of that exhibiting firm.
No soliciting from exhibitors and attendees is permitted without AARC permission.
Advance registration fees must be prepaid. No invoice will be issued. An acknowledgement will be made of the fee paid.
Refund requests must be in writing and must be received by Nov. 21, 2003. A fee of 35% will be deducted from the refund to cover processing. No refunds will be made after Nov. 21, 2003.

Hotel Reservations

Deadline Nov. 3rd. You can make your hotel reservation at the AARC headquarter hotel, the Las Vegas Hilton, on-line at www.roomsexpress.com/aarc/ or by calling the Las Vegas Housing Bureau at 888-892-5822 toll free or 702-386-0777.

A credit card will be required for your deposit. Please note that once you make your reservation, the Las Vegas Hilton will charge a deposit of one night’s room and tax ($109 + 9% single/double occupancy) to your credit card. All advance reservation deposits are refundable only when canceled 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Discounted Transportation

Airfares
Discounted airfares may be obtained from American Airlines or Southwest Airlines, but only through these toll free numbers. These fares are available for AARC Congress attendees and their family members.

American Airlines — Receive a discount, even on low Internet fares, by calling the American Airlines Meeting Desk at 800-433-1790 between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight Central time, daily. Mention the AARC Code #24D3AB, and the Internet fare if you found one. You will receive the lower fare plus the AARC Congress discount. Plus, if you purchase your ticket at least 30 days in advance, you will receive an additional discount off any published fare! AADVANTAGE members may accrue mileage for tickets purchased through the 800 number with the AARC Code.

Southwest Airlines — Offers up to 10% off most fares for air travel to and from the event, with the convenience of Ticketless Travel. To qualify, call Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings reservations at 1-800-433-5368 and reference I.D. Code #E0151. Reservation Sales Agents are available 7:00 am–8:00 pm Monday–Friday and 8:30 am–5:30 pm Saturday and Sunday, Central Time. Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards members receive credit once they have completed their travel on Southwest Airlines.

Car Rental
Reservations can be booked online with Enterprise at www.enterprise.com by entering the AARC Account #54C3602 and the first three letters of the convention’s name, AAR. You may also make your reservation by calling the airport location at 877-345-3700 toll free or 702-795-8842. You will receive a 10% discount off of Enterprise’s lowest retail rate or the convention rate, whichever is lowest.
