Hotel Reservations
Room Rate: $139 plus 13% tax for single/double occupancy.  Deposit required. Call Crowne Plaza Central Reservations at 800-227-6963 or the hotel's In-House Reservations at 401-732-6000 and refer to the code“AAR”.  Cut-off date for the AARC's special sleeping room rate is Thursday, April 5, 2007.

American Airlines
Course attendees are eligible for a discount of 5% off the lowest applicable fare. Reservations can be made on-line at www.aa.com by entering A0787AL in the Discount Code box at the bottom of the “More Options” page.  You can also call, or have your travel agent call, American Airlines Meeting Services at 800-433-1790 between 6:00 a.m. and 12 midnight Central Time, daily.  Receive the discount and earn AAdvantage® miles for your trip at the same time.

Either way you will receive the lowest Budget retail rate or the AARC meeting discount rate, whichever is lower.
