The Newark Airport Marriott will be the site of the Asthma Course. The hotel is located at the Newark Liberty International Airport, Newark, NJ  07114. Phone:  973-623-0006.

The Marriott provides a free shuttle to/from the Newark LIberty International Airport.

Self-parking at the hotel will be complimentary for local attendees driving in each day. Ticket vouchers will be available at the AARC registration desk. There will be a charge for hotel guests who park a car overnight.

Hotel Reservations
Room Rate: $129 plus 14% tax for single–double occupancy. Deposit required. Call Marriott’s Central Reservations at 800-228-9290 or the hotel’s in-house reservations at 973-623-0006 and refer to the "AARC Asthma Course". Or go online to the Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott and use AARAARA in the group code box. Cut-off date for the AARC’s special sleeping room rate is Friday, September 5, 2008.

American Airlines
Course attendees are eligible for a discount of 5% off the lowest applicable fare. Discounts apply on flights to the following airports: Newark, LaGuardia, JFK, Reagan, Dullas and Baltimore.

You can also call, or have your travel agent call, American Airlines Meeting Services at 800-433-1790 between 6:00 am and 12:00 midnight Central Time, daily. Reservations for the hearing and speech impaired are also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 800-543-1586. Car Rental Discounts
