Registration and Fees

Online registration is now closed.

If you wish to register for the ACCS Exam Prep Course, please call AARC Customer Service at 972-243-2272 to check for availability.

If you wish to register for the Summer Forum, space is available but you must register on-site. You will be unable to view speaker handouts until your registration is entered into the AARC system. This could take up to 1 week. You can fill out the registration form and bring it with you for on-site registration.

ACCS Prep Course

Pre-registration is required. Attendance capacity is limited. Deadline: Friday, June 20 or when course is full. Paid registration includes coffee, bagels and lunch on July 13 and July 14.

ACCS Prep Course and Summer Forum

July 13–14 and July 15–17, 2014

Register for both the ACCS Prep Course and the Summer Forum and receive a bundle discount. Pre-registration for the ACCS Course is required. Attendance capacity is limited. Deadline to register for the bundle: Friday, June 20 or when course is full.

**Bundle registration fee includes one box lunch on Sunday and one box lunch on Monday during the ACCS Course. Box lunches are available for purchase separately for the Summer Forum. See the details. You will be contacted via email after June 20 to choose your lunch entrees.

Summer Forum Box Lunch Options

During the Summer Forum, the lectures at 12:35 pm on Tuesday and 12:15 pm on Wednesday will be “working lunches.” Box lunches are available for pre-purchase for an additional fee. The fee is $30 per lunch per day.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk opens at 6:30 am on Sunday, July 13.


  • No invoices will be issued.
  • Cancellations must be in writing.
  • There will be either a 25% or $50 handling fee, whichever is less, for cancellations received by June 20, 2014. No refunds will be made thereafter.
