Overflow Hotel Reservations

The block of sleeping rooms at the JW Marriott Starr Pass is now full on the nights of Friday, June 23 and Saturday, June 24. Sleeping rooms are available June 23 through Tuesday, June 27 at our overflow hotel, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson, 1564 W. Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona 85745; phone (520) 624-3200. The hotel is 15 minutes from the JW Marriott Starr Pass.

The AARC will provide complimentary shuttle service Saturday, June 24 through Tuesday, June 27. On Saturday, the shuttle will make one outbound trip from the Holiday Inn Express to the JW Marriott before the CoARC/NBRC pre-course, one outbound trip prior to the AARC pre-course, and one return trip after the AARC Welcome Reception. On the other days, the shuttle will make one outbound trip to the JW Marriott in the morning before the lectures start and one return trip to the Holiday Inn Express in the evening after the sessions are over. Taxi, Uber, lyft and rental cars are options if you need transportation between the hotels other than these times. You will be responsible for those costs.

Reservation deadline: Wednesday, June 14, 2017 or until the block is full.
